The intent of the Bigfoot Information Project's resources page is not to be an all-inclusive listing of sasquatch-related books, videos, and websites. Rather, it is our intention to provide information regarding those resources which we regard as the most useful and pertinent to those interested in the topic. If there's a resource you'd like to see added to this collection, or if you have any comments, please head over to the Resources forum topic on the Bigfoot Forums.

Websites (top)

The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO)
The most exhaustive database of North American sasquatch reports to be found on the web today. No report on the BFRO site is published without some level of communication with those who submitted it (unlike most other sites). An outstanding resource.

Bigfoot Encounters
A site deep with content from a variety of sources. One of the oldest sasquatch websites on the net, it has an outstanding collection of articles, essays, and stories on the subject. We do wish, however, that the site was not implemented with frames.

Bigfoot: Fact or Fantasy?
Like Bigfoot Encounters, Bigfoot: Fact or Fantasy is also rich with content. Though perhaps without the sheer bulk of pages found on Encounters, Fact or Fantasy is much better arranged and presented.

Texas Bigfoot
Focusing primarily on Texas and surrounding states, this site (and the organization it represents) is the best example of regional sasquatch research one is likely to find on the web today.

Films & Videos (top)

Sasquatch: Legend Meets Science
A somewhat uneven and poorly edited documentary with several scientists analyzing various pieces of bigfoot evidence, including the Skookum cast, the Patterson/Gimlin film, footprint casts, etc. The DVD version, being somewhat longer, is better than the version originally aired on the Discovery Channel. The real reason to get the DVD is the inclusion of a pristine version of the P/G film where the viewer can pause, back up, and (with certain DVD players) zoom in on the film subject.

Willow Creek 2003 International Bigfoot Symposium DVD
The 2003 Willow Creek International Bigfoot Symposium brought together a formidable panel of investigators, researchers, and scientists who, taken together, put forward a truly compelling argument in favor of the existence of sasquatch. Unfortunately, only several hundred like-minded people were in attendance. With the release of this DVD set, the remarkable series of presentations (less one) is available to a larger audience. No one interested in the field of bigfoot investigation should be without this title.
